● Q: Can I do my own hair?

● A: No, do not try this at home. The Keratin Treatment must be done by a hair professional ONLY.

 

● Q:What results can be expected after the treatment?

● A: The hair will be more manageable and take much less time to style. It will be noticeably softer and straighter, with added life and shine as well as a lengthened look.   

 

● Q: Can the Keratin be applied on chemically treated hair?

● A: Yes, the Keratin Treatment will not damage the hair and can be applied to all types, including virgin, colored, highlighted or permed. If the hair has been colored it is best to wait 10 days before applying the Keratin Treatment.

 

● Q: How long does the Treatment keep the hair straight and treated?

● A: It last 2 to 4 months depending on the hair type, Treatment will work better on chemically treated hair like colored or relaxed. On virgin hair the best results will be achieved after the second or third application.

 

● Q: How long should I wait before washing my hair?

● A: For best results, the Keratin Treatment should be left in the hair 3 or 4 days. However, if the scalp gets itchy or irritated, wash your hair immediately.

 

● Q: Can you do the treatment on children, if yes what ages?

● A: Yes. We recommend on children 6 and older.

 

● Q: Can a infant be present while the treatment its being done?

● A: No. Because the smell may irritate the child.

 

● Q: Can I do the treatment while pregnant or nursing?

● A: It is not recommended by the FDA.
